Upload the file into Google Drive
Using the FilesConnect app, users can link files stored in Google Drive to specific records in Salesforce using the Upload and Link File action.
1. Navigate to the Salesforce record.
2. Locate the desired folder on the FilesConnect component
3. Click Upload File on the FilesConnect app component. This will open up the File Uploader modal
4. From the Files picker, click Upload files and select files from your local device or drag and drop files onto window area
5. Wait until all files will be uploaded. The component will close automatically.
Note: If you cancel uploading for all files and some of them have already been uploaded you wouldn’t have to cancel linking.
