Unlink a Google Drive file with a Salesforce record

Using Google Drive file viewer, users also can unlink files from records in Salesforce using the FilesConnect Chrome App.

1. Navigate to the Google Drive File or folder, and open it

2. Click on FilesConnect Chrome App extension in you Chrome browser

3. Choose a record and click on the dropdown menu on the desired file. Click on the Unlink File button. This will ulink the current file from the chosen record.
