Using the FilesConnect app, users can link files stored in Google Drive to specific records in Salesforce using the Link File action.
1. Navigate to the relevant Salesforce record
2. Open New link dropdown menu.
3. Choose and click on any type of actions Link… to link entity to record.
4. Locate the desired file/folder on the FilesConnect opened modal.
5. Click the checkbox next to the file/folder to link
6. Select Done. This will link the entities to the current record
